She is weighted with steel shot and is able to stand independently.
She wears a hand knitted dress and has been embellished with coordinating wool felt flowers and tiny glass seed beads in her hair

I have had other bears from Pipkins, but unfortunately the quality was not there for how the buttons etc were attached as I found the 3 berries on the floor after they had fallen off/the holly leaves hanging by a thread & then as I moved it the 3 buttons followed suit - all whilst the bear was stationary… As an elderly buyer, It has been very difficult for me to try to re-attach them this afternoon. Shame as it was a nice-looking bear, but I don’t think having paid £170+ that you should have to worry about trying to stitch things back on/or losing the bits off it that quickly. I only ordered during the recent Tedsby show!
As a general comment, I would say that unfortunately communication with the seller has been quite tricky (as in trying to get an answer). I appreciate people may be busy, but it would be nice to feel your custom is appreciated at the time. My bears did arrive quickly, but quite unexpectedly as I had no idea they were on their way and received no tracking or reply to our emails etc. I was just relieved to not miss the delivery as parcels are often left outside if not expected.
