He has been created with white extra long pile fabric, with ultra suede footpads.

He has english glass eyes, needle sculpting to face and footpads.

His nose has been hand stitched using perle cotton thread with hand shading for definition

His facial details have been enhanced with hand shading to bring out his character and personality.

He is weighted with steel shot and is able to stand independently.

He wears a hand knitted cotton and silk blend hat with large Genuine Swarovski crystal pale blue star pendant

We ship from the Uk all across the globe.

Shipping within the Uk is by Royal Mail next day special delivery for insurance purposes , I will post as soon as possible usually within 7 days of order.

To all other destinations we use Royal Mail international tracked service, International delivery lead time takes 6 - 7 working days for Royal Mail services. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs services.

Both these services include full insurance for your peace of mind

Bears are posted within 7 days of receipt of payment and I will send confirmation email with the tracking information for your convenience.

Buyers are responsible for any custom charges applied by the country of destination.

Returns policy

Sorry but we do not accept returns, All our creations are packed with care in strong packaging.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged please send us a photograph and we will work together to solve the issue.

I have had other bears from Pipkins, but unfortunately the quality was not there for how the buttons etc were attached as I found the 3 berries on the floor after they had fallen off/the holly leaves hanging by a thread & then as I moved it the 3 buttons followed suit - all whilst the bear was stationary… As an elderly buyer, It has been very difficult for me to try to re-attach them this afternoon. Shame as it was a nice-looking bear, but I don’t think having paid £170+ that you should have to worry about trying to stitch things back on/or losing the bits off it that quickly. I only ordered during the recent Tedsby show!

As a general comment, I would say that unfortunately communication with the seller has been quite tricky (as in trying to get an answer). I appreciate people may be busy, but it would be nice to feel your custom is appreciated at the time. My bears did arrive quickly, but quite unexpectedly as I had no idea they were on their way and received no tracking or reply to our emails etc. I was just relieved to not miss the delivery as parcels are often left outside if not expected.

I am disappointed to have received this review with no message or email from either yourself or your daughter on any platform that you have choosen to frequently contact me on in the past to express your concern about the stitches coming undone on the jacket . I have previously explained that I work full time at a UK Hospice and we are currently going through a very tough time over the past 9 months and hence my time is not mine own at the moment as working longer and extra shifts 😭 . i did message as below on the 26th but you did not get the message until the 4th - the day you wrote the review.
